The previous lesson, A Godly Leader is in the Book! A very important lesson. Realize without prayer we are having a one way conversation. Leaders cannot lead with one way conversations. Prayer cannot be heard and will not be heard if we are harboring sin in our lives! The Bible is clear on this in Psalms 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: Prayer can always be improved. What is one thing you can change personally that can improve upon your prayer life?

Prayer should never be an option and it should be a part of our everyday lives! It should never be compromised. Praying without ceasing is not spending your entire day on your knees and praying. Praying in our minds constantly as we go throughout our day. As a leader we should seek Christ! We should be in the Book and we should be praying. Even over the minute of things in our every day lives.
